Greyhound Champ – Coke Addict
A story has emerged in recent days that a champion greyhound who has taken in over €100000 in prize money has been doing coke on a grand scale.
Flash Harry, also known as the Kildare Flash, was caught on camera using and abusing the drug in a nightclub in the centre of town. A chilling picture of the hound has emerged, sparked out on a blanket with apparently traces of the class A drug caked over his nose.
Speculation had been rife that Flash had been involved with drugs for quite some time. “I always suspected something was awry. I now know why he was able to whizz around the track with such ease,” said Mal Jones a former trainer.
However a source close to the greyhound’s training stables stated that his life took a turn when all the prize money came rolling in and some “fast and loose, tarted up bitches” started hanging around.
A spokesperson with the Irish Greyhound Board said an exhaustive investigation would begin immediately but expressed grave concern for Flash Harry’s condition and mental well being.
